胡梁锋 —— 紫玉台别墅

别墅是个外来名词，一直以来我们似乎都在参考和借鉴国外优秀设计师对空间的把握和细节处理，各类所谓的风格也穿插其中。然而众多洋荤之后，慢慢的我们开始真正了解重新认识自己，钻研属于自身的文化。 Villa is a foreign word. We have been learned from foreign excellent designer mastery of space and detail processing, all kinds of so-called style also interwoven. However, after contacting numerous foreign thoughts, gradually we start to understand and recognize ourselves, and study our own culture. 本案紫玉台别墅共1300多平方，共五层。设计的手法以一种谦虚低调的方式进行，将东方美学、禅意的意念贯穿在整个空间中，互相穿透在设计处理中。一楼区域：整体的路线分为动和静。从顶到地面的博古架充当隔断屏风将空间一分为三，客厅、茶室、餐厅，同时空间又均可互动呼应。客厅在极具现代设计感的水晶灯下，一屏冷色系犹如山水画般的天然大理石，对应着挑高墙面上的暗香枝梅，于是乎营造出一幅润物细无声、花香乘风来的雅集风范。既满足主人会客时的气派不凡又体系了东方审美的温文尔雅。 This case Zi Yu Tai villa has a total of more than 1300 square meters with 5 floors. Design is conducted in a modest low-key manner, putting the idea of oriental aesthetics and zen throughout the whole space, penetrating each other in the design process. On the first floor area, the overall course is divided into dynamic and static. Bogut frame from the top to the ground acts as a partition screen, dividing the space into three, living room, tea room and dining room. At the same time, space can be interactive echo. Living room is under the crystalline light with extreme modern design. Cool color natural marble is like a landscape painting, corresponding to plum blossom of the raised wall. Therefore, create a picture of moistens everything silently and the fragrance of wind. Not only meet the owner’s extraordinary when receiving visitors, but reflect the oriental aesthetic urbane. 避开客厅的高朋满座，茶室有着大隐于市的气质。枝梅的元素过渡到了茶室，墙上的壁灯不仅满足补光照明更让空间具有了仪式感。抽象艺术画是室内唯一的亮色，三五茶盏、彻夜漫谈。 To avoid the guests of the living room, tea room has the temperament of implicit in the big city. Element of plum blossom has transited to the tea room. The lights on the wall not only meets the fill light but let the space have the sense of ritual. Abstract art is the only indoor light, three or five tea cup, ramble through the night. 餐厅的布局分为简餐厅和宴客厅，宴客厅雍容华贵布置，简餐厅温馨随意。两室之间以一扇大理石材质内嵌梅花型框景辅以隔断，两侧的铜质屏风及保护了隐私又让空间更加精致有味。此外，客厅、茶室、餐厅三个区域的入口均是设计左右相通、互相对应的出入方式，体现独特的东方美学细节。 The layout of the restaurant is divided into simple restaurant and Banqueting hall. Banqueting hall has elegant layout while simple restaurant is sweet and casual. The two rooms are separated by marble material embedded torx framed scenery. The copper screen of both sides not only protects the privacy but let the space more delicate. Besides, the entrances of living room, tea room and dining room are designed into interlinked and corresponding way, reflecting the unique oriental aesthetic details. 二三层的睡眠区域，区别于内敛优雅派作风的主卧室，次卧男孩房设计显得自由奔放。顶面和衣柜门面纹理呈光芒放射般的设计手法，突显了男生的无限想象创造力。床背景上下之间中空一段，既可以让其作业同时观察房间动向又符合男生动感活力的一面。相对而言低奢舒适是主卧室主调，整体以咖色、灰色颜色为主。内环式床背景设计显得安然自在，同时又对应电视背景墙两侧门套设计，金属包边设计与顶面手法也遥相呼应，阐释港式绅士时尚的风格元素。 Sleeping area of the second and third floor is different from the master bedroom, which is restrained and elegant. Design for the second bedroom for boy is free. Texture of end face and chest appearance presents light radiation, highlighting the boy's imagination creativity. The hollow section between up and down of bed background, not only can let him do homework, but watch room movements, which in accordance with boy’s dynamic vigor. Relatively speaking, low luxury and comfortable is the master bedroom advocate tone, dominated by brown and gray as the whole. Inner ring bed background design looks comfortable. Meanwhile, corresponding TV setting wall on both sides of the door cover design, metal package edge echos with top design technique, interpreting Hong Kong style gentleman fashionable style elements. 别墅的四楼区域根据主人的生活习惯，布置了中式书房。泼墨风景的屏风作了主位，中式木格门窗营造了芭蕉窗下厅雨声的意境。书房静思的同时，也满足主人小范围的品茶、会客亦或是鉴赏书画。 According to master habits, the fourth floor of the villa is designed into Chinese-style study. Screen of the splash-ink landscape is at the main position. Chinese style of wooden doors and windows create the artistic conception of listening to the rain under the window of plantain. Besides meditation, the study also meets the master’s needs for small range of tea-tasting, receiving visitors or appreciating the calligraphy and painting. 三面落地窗外是城市的无限江景，推门而出便可一览众山，这也是此别墅楼盘已以为傲的绝佳地段美景。如此风景、如此定位实在无需繁琐手法、雕梁画栋，只需内在的品质细腻的设计，自然便呈现了上乘佳肴之作。 Outside of three sides French window is an infinite river view of the city. You can see the mountains once pushing the door. This is the perfect beautiful location which the villa is proud of. Such scenery, such positioning really don't need complicated technique, only need internal quality and exquisite design, naturally presents excellent cuisine.
