凌子达——之江九里

之江九里 KLID達觀國際設計事務所 凌子達 楊家瑀 850㎡ 杭州 中国 开发商：华润集团 這是一棟6層樓的電梯型獨棟別墅，對於建築整體的佈局，主要 是以休閒與藝術的追求功能性為主。 這棟別墅最特別的地方在於地下室有兩層，地上有四層，一般地下室給人印象是比較陰暗、潮濕、光線不足，空氣不流通。 為了打破一般人對地下室固有的印象與想法，我們大膽將空間及隔間做了重新規劃與設計並且整體做改造，讓主體結構不變，把牆體、樓板全部打掉，保留了建築原有的結構柱，在挑空的部分樓板重新開口，讓空間能上下相互呼應。 透過這樣的方式，我們特別在挑空的部分加入了橋、迴廊、等，讓人跟人之間沒有距離能夠互相串聯與溝通。 最特別的是在B1層，我們大膽設計了一間客房，透過大面積的玻璃來增加自然光源能夠進入到室內，讓地下室感覺更加明亮， 設計手法 將地下室使用空間賦予具有生命與活力來做為我們這次設計的 三個方向: 1.通透感的界定 為了讓使用者在這個空間使用上能有不一樣的心靈感受，我們運用大面積的開窗，讓室內空間在使用上能夠感受到氣的流通與舒暢。 2.光線 運用挑空的高度來界定空間，光線導引進入室內時有寬廣的視野，讓使用者能有像度假般的環境。 3.自然元素 植入枯山水的乾景，運用植物景觀的佈置，透過錯層與互相交錯達成一個不一樣的空間感。 空間配置 一樓作為客廳與餐廳，二樓設計有三間套房、一間次主臥，三樓則是主臥房，四樓是閣樓。 特別在B2層設置SPA區、茶居室、健身房、休閒運動區，室內增添了水池、園林等，透過這樣的手法，讓整層空間帶有東方琴棋書畫等文化的元素。 This is a 6-floor single-family villa equipped with lift.The overall layout of the building is pursuing leisure and artistic functions. The most special feature of the villa is: it has two floors underground as well as four floors aboveground.Generally, the impression of basement is associated withdarkness, moist, insufficient light andbad air circulation. To break the intrinsic impression towards basement, we have boldly re-designed the space and carried out overall reconstructionwithout changing the main structure.All the walls and floorsare removed while the original building structure is retained. Some floors are re-opened in atrium, so that the upper space and lower space can echo with each other. Through this way, we have specially added bridge, corridor, etc. in atrium, so that people can interact and communicate without distance. The most special part is the B1 floor, on which we have boldly designeda guest room. The large area of glass can increase the entry of natural light into the room, making the basement brighter. Design techniques To grant the basement space with life and vitality, we have determined three directions for this design: 1.Definition of permeability In order to let the users have a different feeling towards the space usage, we have adopted large area of open window, so that people can feel the circulation and flow of air inside rooms. 2.Light The height of atrium is used to define space.The introduction of light can create a broad field of vision, inviting users to a holiday-like environment. 3.Natural elements By introducing dry landscape and layout of plants, a unique space feeling is created through alternating layers. Allocation of space The first floor serves as the living room and diningroom; the second floor has three suites and one bedroom; the third floor is the master bedroom; the fourth floor is the attic. Moreover, the B2 floor is equipped with a SPA zone, a tea room, a gym and a recreation area.Pool, garden, etc., are added to the indoor space, granting the entirefloor space with oriental cultural elements.
