深圳艾加一设计有限公司（A+1）由麦浪董事长于2007年创立，专业为酒店、住宅、商业、机构提供室内设计及顾问服务，是中国著名酒店室内设计机构之一。
John Dang (邓国壮)先生于2016年以合伙人的形式加入深圳艾加一设计有限公司。John曾就职于HBA, DiLeonardo International(迪利安达国际), Yabu Pushelberg（雅布）设计公司、万达酒店设计院。,其设计经验颇丰，视角独特，极具远见，曾负责项目如深圳JW 万豪酒店，新加坡滨海湾金沙综合度假胜地，北京日出东方凯宾斯基酒店等众多项目；现担任A+1设计总监一职。
在John先生的带领下，A+1成功完成了都匀茶都格尼斯大酒店、海南国茂泥疗养生会馆、华强集团肇庆诺华庭酒店等大型酒店项目。目前，A+1汇集了一批杰出专业的中外籍室内设计师。A+1以前沿的设计理念，采撷传统荟萃精髓，推陈出新，不落窠臼，中西合璧，古今相应，演绎永恒美学，致力于打造兼具功能实用性及国际认可度的室内空间，创作出集原创性、人性化、艺术性、商业化于一身的设计作品，并确保作品完美如期的呈现。
Shenzhen A+1 Design Co., Ltd. was founded in 2007 by Chairman Mai Lang. A+1 specializes in the Interior Design and Consultancy Services for Hospitality, Residence, Commercial and Institutional Design. It is one of the renowned hospitality design companies in China.
John Dang joined A+1 company in 2016 as Partner and Design Director. John had work experience in HBA, DiLeonardo International, YabuPushelberg, Wanda Hotel Design and Research Institute. John has successfully designed JW Marriot Hotel Shenzhen, Marina Bay Sands Singapore, and Sunrise Kampinski Hotel Beijing.
Since John has joined A+1, the company has accomplished a few grand hotel projects such as Duyun Chadu Magness Hotel, Guomao Mud Therapy Clubhouse Hainan, HuaQiang Group’s Novlion Boutique Hotel Zhaoqing. A+1 consists of talented local and foreign professional Interior Designers. The company’s objective is to create an interior sculptural space that is both functional, practical & gain international recognition.
