KLID 达观国际设计事务所 凌子达(Kris Lin) 杨家瑀(Jiayu Yang) 1500平方米 上海，中国 开发商：上海宝龙 最早的积木诞生于欧洲，它的作者是被誉为“幼教之父”的福禄贝尔。贝尔发明这套积木玩具最先是用于教育目的，也就是现在所说的幼儿教具。 积木的种类很多，玩法更是多种多样。几块积木通过排列、接合、环形、对称等随意搭配，新的几何形状就组建出来啦，房子是其中的一个类型。 项目背景： 此项目建立在一块长6米的狭长基地。该基地被建设成为一个复合性的商业空间，同时满足住宅销售和商业招商的需求，因此，该建筑本身必须考虑到对室内功能的利用。 设计理念： 积木游戏。运用积木堆砌的手法首先生成一个空间建筑的量体和体块，上下错落，左右完全不对称。有组合型的积木加上一些大落地玻璃橱窗，使整栋建筑延接商业立面。室内功能完全被呈现在商业建筑的外立面，同时建筑立面也反映一些室内功能，如洽谈空间、影视空间、展示空间、垂直楼梯、办公区域。在延接的立面上，它是一栋博人眼球的商业建筑。 The first jenga was born in Europe.Froebel created the jenga, known as the "father of early childhood education".The set of jenga was invented for educational first, which is now called child care aids. There are many kinds of jenga,as well as the play.Some jenga blocks can be built into different geometries by arranging,combining,ringing form and symmetrying.One of the types is house. Background of Project: This project is a 6-meter long and narrow base, which is built into a complex of commercial space, to achieve both residential and commercial sales of investment, taking into account the indoor building itself functions. Satisfy requirements of residential sales and commercial investment, therefore, the interior function is necessary for the building. Design Concept: Jenga blocks. A volume and block first be created by using technique of building blocks,they are scattered up and down, left-right asymmetry,but well-arranged. Modular building blocks and some large French windows make the whole building extend to commercial façades. Interior functions are fully presented in the facade of the commercial building,besides, the building facades also reflect some of the interior functions,such as negotiate space,film space,display space, vertical stair and office area.On the exstending façade,it is an attractive commercial building.
